Belt-driven process fan with impeller in Duplex steel.

We have delivered a belt-driven process fan to a paper mill just outside Umeå. The fan is a centrifugal fan in ATEX design with an EExd motor.

The fan has a fan cover in acid-resistant steel (1.4571) and fan wheels in Duplex (1.4462).

The fan’s capacity is roughly 9,500 m3/h at 8,000 Pa.

The delivery took place in 2021 and the fans are manufactured by our partner Witt&Sohn from Germany.
