FläktComp offers high-quality silencers for all of our fans.
Our range includes everything from traditional axial silencers (with or without inserts), sound insulation around radial fans to complete sound insulation hoods that enclose the entire fan unit.

We always offer (where possible) vibration dampers for our fans.
This means that the fans we provide can always operate within the correct tolerances when it comes to vibration.
If you need new vibration dampers, we can also help with this.

Flexible connections that meet the operational requirements regarding temperatures, EX classification, abrasive media, etc.
Of course, we also offer matching counterflanges if desired.

We offer a variety of options for monitoring our fans, our standard range includes e.g. vibration monitoring, temperature sensors or SPM sensors.

We are able to offer frequency converters or soft starters from a variety of quality suppliers.

With a frequency converter, it is possible to adapt the speed of the motor (and thus the fan) according to current needs. Which gives the opportunity to optimize the process and reduce energy costs.

For fans with large and heavy fan wheels and fixed operating points, a soft starter can be an alternative. A soft starter prevents an excessive amount of current from loading the motor when starting the fan, and ensures the life of the motor by gradually increasing the amperage. This extends the life of the motor because less current means lower temperature in the motor and motor bearings.

Feet for mounting axial fans in different directions (horizontal/vertical).

In the same material as the fan cover and assembly is with bolt holes or welded.

If necessary, we equip our fans with protective grilles that prevent access to the fan impeller.
The grid can be located only on the inlet/outlet or on both sides, all depending on how the fan is positioned and what risks there are in the immediate environment.

A so-called flame arrester is sometimes required for the transport of media that can spontaneously ignite. A flame arrester absorbs the heat from a flame front, thereby lowering the burning gas/air mixture below its auto-ignition temperature, causing the flame to extinguish.

We supply flame arrestors as accessories for the applications where it is needed.

For easier access to lubrication of motor bearings on axial fans, we can equip our axial fans with extended lubrication nipples on the fan cover.
This provides easier maintenance of the electric motors.

The next generation monitoring system.

With Toolbox 4.0, we offer full control over the fan’s performance and operating status.
The device has a total of 8 analog (4-20mA) and 2 digital inputs and communicates through the mobile network, Bluetooth, NFC or Wi-fi.

This gives you the opportunity to e.g. measure vibration, rotation speed, temperature, differential pressure, humidity, operating time, etc.

All data is then available in real time via our analysis portal or via app in your smartphone.
