The right cooling
The cooling principles used in data centers are divided into direct or indirect,
the difference is that the indoor air is recirculated in indirect cooling.
Which of the technologies is the optimal cooling solution depends on the quality of the outdoor air.
Dry, wet or dirty air are all conditions that can require expensive air treatment to make the air usable. This therefore speaks in favor of indirect solutions. That said, there are plenty of places on earth where direct cooling is the logical and best choice, not least here in Sweden.
